The Ministry of Minority Affairs is implementing the Pradhan Mantri Virasat Ka Samvardhan (PM VIKAS) scheme, a Central Sector Scheme with no state‑wise allocation, through 59 Project Implementing Agencies (PIAs) targeting 1.56 lakh beneficiaries across 31 States/UTs.
