Ministry of Minority Affairs observes Swachhata Hi Seva 2026 in New Delhi

The Ministry of Minority Affairs observed Swachhata Hi Seva 2026 in New Delhi, led by Union Minister Shri Kiren Rijiju. The event featured a Swachhata Pledge, Shramdaan, and a tree plantation drive. Shri Rijiju emphasized that cleanliness is a continuous collective responsibility and highlighted the Prime Minister's 'Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam' initiative for environmental conservation. Additionally, the programme marked the culmination of Hindi Pakhwada, where the Minister stressed taking pride in mother tongues while respecting linguistic diversity.
