Ministry of Textiles extends RoSCTL Scheme till 31 December 2026

The Ministry of Textiles has extended the RoSCTL (Rebate of State and Central Taxes and Levies) Scheme for exports of apparel, garments, and made-ups for a further period of three months, spanning from 1 October to 31 December 2026. The extension continues at existing rates and under prevailing guidelines to ensure policy continuity and predictability for exporters. Operational since 7 March 2019, the scheme provides remission of eligible embedded State and Central taxes and levies not refunded through other mechanisms, supporting the zero-rating of exports. In 2025–26, the scheme benefited over 15,400 exporters across more than 444 districts, predominantly aiding MSMEs.
