The Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances & Pensions released Annexure‑I and Annexure‑II detailing the performance of the Centralized Public Grievance Redress and Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) for FY 2023‑24, 2024‑25 and 2025‑26.
