The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) has launched the Digital Connectivity Rating (DCR) Platform alongside a mobile app. The platform facilitates the implementation of the framework prescribed under the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (Rating of Properties for Digital Connectivity) Regulations, 2024, and its subsequent amendment and rating manual. It connects Property Managers, registered Digital Connectivity Rating Agencies, and consumers on a common interface to manage property registration, assessment, report generation, and certification. By analyzing X-ray observations from NASA's NICER and NuSTAR space telescopes for four classical TeV blazars (Mrk 421, Mrk 501, PG 1553+113, and PKS 2155-304), the study found that during moderate-to-low active states, emission from the accretion disk contributes to the X-ray spectra alongside jet emissions. The Directorate of Revenue Intelligence (DRI) has seized 1,25,680 kg of foreign-origin areca nuts and 41,697 kg of foreign-origin poppy seeds, collectively valued at approximately Rs. 20.31 crore, in operations across Mizoram and Assam. Four individuals were arrested in connection with the transport of smuggled poppy seeds. The operation in Mizoram's Champhai District recovered goods smuggled from Myanmar, which were seized under the Customs Act, 1962. A separate interception near Silchar, Assam, recovered poppy seeds transported without valid import documents.
