FCI Zonal Office (West), Mumbai advances cleanliness and efficient record management under Special Campaign 6

The Food Corporation of India (FCI), Zonal Office (West), Mumbai, conducted Special Campaign 6 from October 2 to October 31, 2026. The campaign focused on cleanliness, efficient record management, expedited disposal of pending matters, and effective office space utilization. Activities undertaken included cleaning office premises, storage racks, e-record management, space planning, and scrap disposal. During this period, 2,715 physical files were reviewed and 1,510 files weeded out, freeing up 250 square feet of office space. Furthermore, 3,344 e-files were reviewed and 503 closed. The office aims to sustain these practices and maintain institutional efficiency.
