Special Campaign 6: Achievements of Department of Water Resources, River Development & Ganga Rejuvenation

The Department of Water Resources, River Development & Ganga Rejuvenation under the Ministry of Jal Shakti has reported its achievements under Special Campaign 6, conducted between October 2nd and 31st, 2026, under the aegis of the Department of Administrative Reforms & Public Grievances. The campaign focuses on expediting pending administrative matters, public grievances, references, and promoting cleanliness in government offices. As of late October 2026, the department reviewed thousands of physical and e-files, addressed PMO and state government references, cleaned multiple sites, generated revenue through scrap disposal, freed office space, and undertook media outreach for mass awareness.
