Extension of last date for submission of comments from stakeholders on the ‘Draft Telecommunication (Broadcasting & Cable) Services DRM Based Digital Addressable Systems Audit Manual, 2026’

The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) originally released the Draft Telecommunication (Broadcasting & Cable) Services DRM Based Digital Addressable Systems Audit Manual on 9th October 2026, with an initial comment deadline of 30th October 2026. Following requests from stakeholders who cited complex technical, operational, and regulatory dimensions requiring detailed examination, the last date for submitting written comments has been extended to 13th November 2026. TRAI stated that no further extensions will be considered.
