‘Nasha Mukt Yuva, Viksit Bharat Quiz’ Sees Participation of Over 7,597 Citizens

The Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment launched the online 'Nasha Mukt Yuva, Viksit Bharat Quiz' under the Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyaan (NMBA) to raise awareness about the harmful effects of substance use. Open from October 26 to November 25, 2026, on the MY Bharat portal, the quiz has received participation from over 7,597 citizens. The broader Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyaan, launched on August 15, 2020, has expanded to cover all districts nationwide, reaching over 35.09 crore people, conducting over 32.43 lakh activities in educational institutions, treating and rehabilitating 39.91 lakh persons through more than 755 DoSJE-supported de-addiction centres, and registering over 2 lakh Nasha Mukti Mitras.
