ECL pays tribute to Indian Navy with warship model crafted from mining scrap

Eastern Coalfields Limited (ECL), a subsidiary of Coal India Limited under the Ministry of Coal, presented a warship model crafted from discarded coal mining machinery components to the 1 Bengal NCC Naval Unit. Fabricated at ECL's Neamatpur Central Workshop under the Waste to Wealth initiative of Special Campaign 6, the model symbolizes the dedication of coal miners and naval personnel. The initiative highlights innovative waste management, recycling, resource conservation, and the transformation of industrial scrap into sustainable symbols of national pride.
