DRDO Undertakes Special Campaign 6.0 to Expedite Disposal of Pending Matters

The Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) has undertaken Special Campaign 6.0 (SCDPM 6.0) across its headquarters, laboratories, and establishments to expedite the disposal of pending matters, coordinated by the Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG). The campaign focuses on reducing pendency, clearing public grievances, parliamentary assurances, and inter-ministerial references, alongside digitising records and executing cleanliness and space optimisation drives. DRDO reported 100 percent achievement in clearing targeted pending matters, digitised approximately 5 lakh historical pages, disposed of about 20,000 files for recycling via the Khadi and Village Industries Commission, and generated 35 lakh rupees in revenue through eco-friendly scrap disposal.
