PLI/RPLI Services Suspended at Margao Post Offices from November 2 to 8

The Department of Posts, Goa Division, has announced a temporary suspension of Postal Life Insurance (PLI) and Rural Postal Life Insurance (RPLI) services at the Margao Head Post Office and its affiliated post offices. This suspension will remain in effect from November 2 to November 8, 2026. The measure is intended to facilitate the implementation of a new Insurance Management System (IMS) at the Central Processing Centre (CPC) in Margao, which is scheduled to be rolled out on November 9, 2026. During this week-long period, customers will be unable to process insurance-related transactions, including premium payments, at these specific locations.
