NLMC Issues Corrigenda-6 and 7 for RINL Land e-Auction at Visakhapatnam; Revises Auction Schedule

The National Land Monetization Corporation (NLMC), operating under the Department of Public Enterprises, Ministry of Finance, has issued Corrigendum-6 and Corrigendum-7 regarding the e-auction of land plots belonging to Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited (RINL) in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. Under Corrigendum-6, 35 plots were withdrawn from the auction process following a judicial court order prohibiting their sale. Through Corrigendum-7, the auction schedule was revised, extending the last date for registration and Earnest Money Deposit submission to November 1, 2026, while scheduling the e-auction for the remaining plots on November 3, 2026. NLMC facilitates asset monetisation of surplus land and non-core assets of Central Public Sector Enterprises.
