Shilp Samagam Mela 2026 To Be Held At Dilli Haat, New Delhi, From November 1 To 15

The Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment is organizing the fortnight-long Shilp Samagam Mela 2026 at Dilli Haat, New Delhi, from November 1 to 15, 2026. The event, themed ‘प्रकाश और परंपरा – ज्योति से ज्योति जलाएँ’, celebrates traditional crafts, festive lighting, and cultural heritage. For the first time, the Department of Social Justice and Empowerment and the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (Divyangjan) are jointly organizing Shilp Utsav under Bharat TULIP and Purple Fest, featuring approximately 150 stalls across seven thematic zones. The initiative aims to provide marketing platforms, economic empowerment, and visibility for aspirational groups, traditional artisans, and persons with disabilities.
