VIGILANCE AWARENESS WEEK 2026

The Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment commenced Vigilance Awareness Week 2026, observed from October 26 to November 1, with Union Secretary Shri Sudhansh Pant leading the Integrity Pledge ceremony in the National Capital. The event emphasized transparency, accountability, probity, and ethical conduct in public service to eliminate corruption and ensure the effective delivery of welfare schemes. Officers were urged to prioritize the timely disposal of public interest matters, sustain best practices, and address systemic gaps. As part of the week-long observance, the Ministry organized awareness activities like quizzes and expert lectures to sensitize employees to ethical governance.
