DG NDRF Reviews Training Infrastructure and Development at NDRF Academy, Suradevi

Director General of the National Disaster Response Force (NDRF), Shri Piyush Anand, visited the new campus of the NDRF Academy at Suradevi in Nagpur on October 23, 2026. The visit focused on reviewing training activities, institutional progress, and infrastructure development since the new campus commenced functioning on February 16, 2026. During the inspection, the DG witnessed specialized exercises such as canine training, reviewed ongoing infrastructure projects like the boundary wall and a newly installed solar power system, interacted with officers and staff, and awarded the DG’s Disc and Commendation Roll to two personnel for bravery during operations.
