Centre for Development of Telematics (C-DOT) Establishes Sixth Centre of Excellence (CoE) At IIT (BHU), Varanasi to Advance Next-Generation Telecom Technologies

The Centre for Development of Telematics (C-DOT), under the Department of Telecommunications, has signed an MoU with IIT (BHU), Varanasi, to establish its sixth Centre of Excellence (CoE). The collaboration aims to bridge academic research with real-world technology needs to advance next-generation telecom technologies. The CoE will focus on areas including 5G Advanced/6G, Artificial Intelligence, Quantum Technologies, Cybersecurity, massive MIMO systems, and advanced wireless networks to foster indigenous technology development and build skilled talent.
