Secretary, DARPG Reviews Implementation of Special Campaign 6 at Field Offices of Railways and Finance Ministries in Mumbai

The Secretary of the Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG) reviewed the implementation of Special Campaign 6 at field offices of the Ministry of Railways and the Ministry of Finance in Mumbai on October 22, 2026. The visit assessed cleanliness, space management, disposal of obsolete records, and public-facing services. At Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus, the Secretary reviewed passenger amenities, visited platforms, and participated in Rail Jan Samvad. At the State Bank of India Corporate Centre, she reviewed campaign progress, launched an e-book on Cyber Fraud Awareness with the SBI Chairperson, viewed an e-waste-to-art sculpture called 'Punarnava', and inspected the renovated SBI Auditorium.
