Department of Military Affairs Reviews Over 2.46 Lakh Files During Special Campaign 6

The Department of Military Affairs, Ministry of Defence, is implementing Special Campaign 6 from October 2 to October 31, 2026, focusing on clean workplaces, space management, scrap disposal, record weeding, and spatial beautification. During the first two weeks, the department reviewed over 2.46 lakh files, conducted cleanliness drives at 3,553 campaign sites, reviewed and simplified 158 rules, and generated ₹50.60 lakh in revenue through scrap disposal. The campaign also focuses on reducing pendency in public grievances and references from Members of Parliament, the PMO, and State Governments, with active participation from defence forces and establishments nationwide.
