Quarterly release of Performance Monitoring Dashboard of Infrastructure Sector in India

The Ministry of Statistics and Programme Implementation (MoSPI) has released the quarterly update of the PAIMANA (Project Assessment, Infrastructure Monitoring & Analytics for Nation-building) Performance Dashboard. Launched on April 16, 2026, the dashboard monitors key infrastructure sectors across standardized dimensions including Access, Quality, Fiscal Cost & Revenue, Utilization, and Affordability. The updated dashboard now incorporates 184 indicators across six sub-sectors: Civil Aviation, Road Transport & Highways, Power, Ports, Shipping & Waterways, Telecommunications, and Railways. Key sector highlights include growth in air cargo, optical fibre cable network expansion, an increase in National Highway projects awarded, higher cargo traffic at major and non-major ports, and growth in power and renewable energy capacity.
