SECL Strengthens Digital Governance and Service Delivery under Special Campaign 6

South Eastern Coalfields Limited (SECL), a subsidiary of Coal India Limited under the Ministry of Coal, is enhancing digital governance and citizen-centric service delivery through its Hospital Management Information System (HMIS) and PPO/Jeevan Pramaan Patra Portal as part of Special Campaign 6. The HMIS offers an integrated digital platform for patient registration, medical records, online processing of medical reimbursement claims, and AMRIT Pharmacy integration. Meanwhile, the PPO/Jeevan Pramaan Patra Portal digitizes the distribution of Pension Payment Orders and simplifies annual Life Certificate submissions for retired employees and surviving spouses, supported by an integrated Governance Dashboard.
