Raksha Rajya Mantri Chairs Special Joint State Representatives and Additional Director General’s Conference of NCC in Guwahati, Assam

Raksha Rajya Mantri Shri Sanjay Seth chaired the Special Joint State Representatives and Additional Director General’s Conference of the National Cadet Corps (NCC) in Guwahati, Assam. Ministers from seven North Eastern Region states, Sikkim, and West Bengal participated. The conference discussed the expansion, strengthening, and effective functioning of the NCC in these regions, aiming toward an overall expansion from approximately 17 lakh to 20 lakh cadets. Discussions also covered cadet welfare, training infrastructure, institutional strengthening, and coordination between the NCC and state governments.
