The National Statistics Office (NSO) Sub-Regional Office Solapur, under the Ministry of Statistics and Programme Implementation, is conducting socio-economic, industrial, and price-related surveys across Solapur and Dharashiv districts in October 2026. Ongoing operations include the Periodic Labour Force Survey (PLFS), Annual Survey of Unincorporated Sector Enterprises (ASUSE), and surveys under the NSS 81st Round such as the Situation Assessment Survey of Agricultural Households, All India Debt and Investment Survey, Migration Particulars Survey, and National Household Income Survey. Continuous operations cover Consumer Price Index (CPI) collection, the Annual Survey of Incorporated Service Sector Enterprises (ASISSE), and a Forward-Looking Survey on Private Sector CAPEX Investment Intentions.
