CM of Assam, Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma to inaugurate Second Regional Workshop for North-Eastern States under Sādhana Śrinkhla (Series) 2026

The Capacity Building Commission (CBC) is organizing the second regional workshop of Sādhana Śrinkhla (Series) 2026 in Guwahati, Assam, for North-Eastern States under the National Program for Civil Services Capacity Building. Inaugurated by Assam Chief Minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma, the event brings together stakeholders from Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim, and Tripura. The workshop focuses on transforming Government Training Institutes into competency-driven capacity-building institutions, improving governance, strengthening faculty, and promoting digital empowerment through the Unified New-Age National Training Initiative (UNNATI) portal.
