PM Mementos Brings Sikkim’s Cultural Heritage Closer to Citizens

The Ministry of Culture announced that the 8th edition of PM Mementos includes distinctive artefacts from Sikkim, bringing the state's cultural heritage to a national platform. The featured pieces comprise a brass sculpture of Lord Buddha gifted by the Governor of Sikkim and a Tibetan Buddhist tabletop prayer wheel (Mani Khorlo) embossed with the "Om Mani Padme Hum" mantra. The auction proceeds support the Namami Gange initiative. The 8th edition of the e-auction is live and extended until October 31, 2026, accessible via the official PM Mementos portal.
