Secretary, Department of School Education and Literacy Leads Swachhata Shramdaan under Swachhata Hi Seva 2026

The Department of School Education and Literacy, Union Ministry of Education, organized a Swachhata Shramdaan at a PM SHRI school in New Delhi as part of the Swachhata Hi Seva (SHS) 2026 campaign. Led by the Secretary of DoSEL, the initiative involved students, teachers, and senior officials under Eco Clubs for Mission LiFE. The cleanliness drive spanned the school campus, an adjoining community space, and a nearby park. It included a tree plantation program under 'Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam 3.0' and a quiz on the Solid Waste Management Rules to promote environmental conservation, sustainable practices, and responsible waste disposal among students.
