CCI approves the acquisition of certain equity share capital in IndiaFirst Life Insurance Co. Ltd. by BNP Paribas Cardif

The target company, IndiaFirst Life Insurance Company Limited, is an IRDAI-licensed insurer incorporated in India that provides life insurance services.
