WCL Undertakes Wide-Ranging Activities under Swachhata Hi Seva 2026 & Special Campaign 6

Western Coalfields Limited (WCL) is undertaking diverse activities under Swachhata Hi Seva 2026 and Special Campaign 6 across its headquarters and 10 areas, guided by the national theme “Swachhata Mein Sahbhag, Swachh Bharat, Viksit Bharat.” Key initiatives include Swachhata pledge drives involving over 10,000 employees, youth and school engagement programs, e-waste collection and management, waste-to-wealth programs, health check-up camps and safety kit distributions for SafaiMitras, and tree plantation drives under “Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam.” The campaign features coordinated community events like ‘Ek Din, Ek Ghanta, Ek Saath’ Shramdaan and Special Gram Sabhas to promote awareness about the Solid Waste Management Rules, 2026, culminating on Swachh Bharat Diwas with the felicitation of SafaiMitras.
