EXERCISE TARANG SHAKTI 2026: “POWER IN PARTNERSHIP”

The Indian Air Force (IAF) has commenced the operational phase of Exercise Tarang Shakti 2026 at Air Force Station Jodhpur, scheduled from 26 September to 12 October 2026. The multilateral air exercise, themed “Power in Partnership”, involves participation from seven Friendly Foreign Countries—Australia, the United States, the United Arab Emirates, France, Germany, Sri Lanka, and Bangladesh—along with several other nations participating as observers. The exercise features advanced joint training, interoperability enhancement, and professional interactions involving frontline combat and support platforms. Additionally, the event includes industrial tours, cultural activities, and a dedicated seminar to highlight India's indigenous aerospace and defence capabilities and foster regional security cooperation.
