Union Minister of Commerce and Industry Shri Piyush Goyal Highlights Uttar Pradesh’s Growing Global Trade and Investment Opportunities

Union Minister of Commerce and Industry Shri Piyush Goyal highlighted Uttar Pradesh's growing global trade and investment opportunities at the UP International Trade Show in Greater Noida. He stated that entrepreneurs from Uttar Pradesh will benefit from expanding global market access through Free Trade Agreements (FTAs). The Union Minister noted that Uttar Pradesh targets an increase in annual exports from around ₹2 lakh crore to ₹5 lakh crore by 2030, contributing to the state's goal of becoming a $1 trillion economy. He pointed to infrastructure developments like expressways, modern airports, and industrial parks, alongside growth in sectors such as defence, semiconductors, electronics, and robotics manufacturing.
