Seminar on State Finances and Coastal Protection Held at Goa University

A seminar on state finances and coastal protection was held at Goa University, organised jointly by the Office of the Accountant General, Goa, the Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR), and Goa University. The event aimed to foster dialogue between the Supreme Audit Institution and academia regarding public audit findings. Discussions centered on the state finances of Goa and the protection of its coastal ecosystem, alongside presentations on CAG's audit reports, ecological conservation of mangroves and turtle nesting sites, and the announcement of a CAG-ICSSR Research Paper Competition for young researchers.
