Union Home Minister and Minister of Cooperation Shri Amit Shah inaugurated the fourth edition of the Uttar Pradesh International Trade Show (UPITS) in Greater Noida. Highlighting the impact of the 'double-engine government' and the ‘Make in India’ initiative over the past 12 years, the Union Home Minister noted that Uttar Pradesh has transitioned from being hobbled by law-and-order issues to targeting a one-trillion-dollar economy. The release details various economic advancements, including growth in electronic exports, defense manufacturing across six nodes of the Uttar Pradesh Defence Corridor, infrastructure projects, and the implementation of the 'One District, One Product' (ODOP) scheme alongside the newly launched 'One District, One Cuisine' (ODOC) initiative.
