Vice-President Shri C. P. Radhakrishnan to visit Tamil Nadu on September 21; to participate as Chief Guest in UPASI Tea Research Foundation Centenary Conference

Vice-President Shri C. P. Radhakrishnan will visit Tamil Nadu on September 21, 2026, to participate as the Chief Guest at the Centenary Conference of the UPASI (United Planters’ Association of Southern India) Tea Research Foundation (UPASI TRF) held in Coonoor, The Nilgiris. The UPASI Tea Research Foundation is a scientific research institution serving the tea industry of South India, tracing its origins back to October 1926 when it was established as the Tea Experimental Station at Gudalur.
