20th Rozgar Mela: 1,186 Appointment Letters Distributed Across Maharashtra; PM Modi Calls Upon New Recruits to Serve with Dedication

The 20th Rozgar Mela was held across Mumbai, Pune, Thane, and Nagpur in Maharashtra, distributing 1,186 appointment letters to candidates for various government ministries, departments, and organizations. Nationally, over 51,000 appointment letters were distributed across 45 locations, bringing the total number issued through Rozgar Melas to about 12.75 lakh. Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi virtually addressed the new recruits, emphasizing citizen-centric governance, skill upgrading, and the goal of Viksit Bharat by 2047. Union ministers and officials also attended regional events, highlighting public service sensitivity, administrative efficiency, and employment generation initiatives.
