Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi distributed over 51,000 appointment letters to newly appointed youth in various government organizations at the 20th Rozgar Mela via video conferencing. During the address, the Prime Minister highlighted India's position as the world's third-largest startup ecosystem, noting that about half of all recognized startups are based in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities. He discussed government initiatives aimed at employment and skilling, including the National Education Policy, Skill India Mission, Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana, PM-SETU scheme to modernize ITIs, and the Pradhan Mantri Viksit Bharat Rojgar Yojana. He also emphasized the role of Free Trade Agreements, international cooperation frameworks like BRICS, and urged newly appointed civil servants to adopt the philosophy of 'Nagrik Devo Bhava' in public service.
