India advancing towards Viksit Bharat@2047 with resilience, strength, innovation, inclusive development & compassion: Raksha Mantri

Raksha Mantri Shri Rajnath Singh addressed an event in Kochi, highlighting India's progress toward Viksit Bharat@2047 through resilience, innovation, and inclusive development. He noted advancements in indigenous defence production—which rose to nearly Rs 1.80 lakh crore alongside exports reaching around Rs 40,000 crore—and cited the elimination of Naxalism and security actions such as Operation Sindoor. He outlined achievements in poverty alleviation, welfare schemes, digital public infrastructure like UPI, and global initiatives such as the International Solar Alliance and Global Biofuels Alliance, while emphasizing youth empowerment, cultural heritage, and the role of an independent press.
