43rd Indian Coast Guard Commanders’ Conference set to commence in New Delhi on September 17

The 43rd edition of the Indian Coast Guard (ICG) Commanders’ Conference is scheduled to be held in New Delhi from September 17 to 19, 2026. The conference will be addressed by Raksha Rajya Mantri Shri Sanjay Seth on the opening day. As the highest-level professional forum of the ICG, senior commanders will gather to discuss strategic, operational, and administrative priorities over three days. Key focus areas include current and emerging maritime security challenges, operational readiness, resource deployment, capability enhancement, force modernization, and alignment with national maritime strategy. Additionally, the conference will review ongoing indigenisation initiatives under 'Make in India' and Aatmanirbhar Bharat.
