Shri Manohar Lal celebrates Hindi Diwas with Indian community in Houston

Union Minister for Power and Housing & Urban Affairs, Shri Manohar Lal, undertook official engagements in Houston, USA, ahead of the G20 Energy Abundance Ministerial Meeting. His schedule included celebrating Hindi Diwas 2026 organized by the Consulate General of India and the International Hindi Association, planting a tree under the 'Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam' initiative to mark the beginning of Swachhata Hi Seva 2026, and touring NASA’s Johnson Space Center to discuss India-US space collaboration. He also interacted with members of the Indian diaspora and the Haryanvi community at India House. Over the following three days, the Minister is scheduled to participate in the G20 Energy Abundance Ministerial Meeting focusing on energy security, affordability, and sustainability.
