MSDE Organises ‘Skill Manthan’ on 'Building Sustainable Livelihoods for Women'

The Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE) organised the inaugural session of 'Skill Manthan' focusing on 'Building Sustainable Livelihoods for Women'. The virtual dialogue served as a knowledge-sharing platform to highlight innovative, district-led initiatives from Meerut and Bijnor in Uttar Pradesh and NTR District in Andhra Pradesh. The discussions showcased how district administrations integrate skilling, entrepreneurship, finance, technology, and market access to empower women economically. District officials presented models such as women-centric manufacturing in Meerut, the 'Vidur Prerna Swadeshi' enterprise support platform in Bijnor, and the 'RISE' convergence ecosystem in NTR District.
