Union Minister of Parliamentary Affairs Shri Kiren Rijiju will preside over the Prize Distribution Function of the 27th National Youth Parliament Competition, 2025-26 for Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas

The Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs is organizing the Prize Distribution Function of the 27th National Youth Parliament Competition, 2025-26 for Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas at the Parliament House Complex in New Delhi. Union Minister Shri Kiren Rijiju will preside over the event to distribute prizes to winning students and Vidyalayas. The competition involved 100 Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas across eight regions. PM Shri Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Ukhrul-1, Manipur secured the first position overall and will present a repeat performance of a Youth Parliament Sitting. The Ministry has conducted these competitions for 30 years to instill democratic values, self-discipline, and familiarity with parliamentary procedures among students.
