IAF's SARANG HELICOPTER TEAM REACHES EGYPT FOR THE EL ALAMEIN INTERNATIONAL AIRSHOW

The Sarang Helicopter Display Team of the Indian Air Force has arrived in Egypt to participate in the 2nd edition of the El Alamein International Airshow, held from September 8 to 10, 2026, at El Alamein International Airport. Comprising the world's only five-helicopter display team, the Sarang team is flying the indigenously designed and manufactured Advanced Light Helicopter (ALH) Dhruv. The team plans to showcase formation manoeuvres, including the 'Dolphin Leap' and a new 'Spot Stall Turn', highlighting India's indigenous aerospace capabilities and strengthening defense and diplomatic ties between India and Egypt.
