NIELIT and Intel India Organized National Leadership Dialogue and Launched Agentic AI Skilling Programs for Preparing India’s Workforce for the Agentic AI Era

The National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology (NIELIT), operating under the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), collaborated with Intel India to organize a National Leadership Dialogue in New Delhi on preparing the future workforce for the Agentic AI era. The event brought together representatives from government, foreign embassies, academia, and industry to discuss AI-driven employment changes, curriculum alignment, and faculty readiness. Concurrently, the NIELIT-Intel India Agentic AI Skilling Initiative was launched, introducing two targeted programs: 'Agentic AI for Everyone' for workflow automation and decision-making, and 'Engineering Agentic AI Systems' for designing, building, and deploying scalable agentic solutions using no-code, low-code, and code-based frameworks.
