Senior bureaucrats attend IICA’s ‘weekend wisdom’ program initiave

The Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA) under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs hosted senior bureaucrats for its 'Weekend Wisdom Programme'. Former IAS officer and CAT Kolkata Member Anindo Majumdar lectured PGIP/LLM students on 'Ethics and Corporate Governance', discussing the distinction between law and ethics, whistle-blowers, regulatory capture, and ethical leadership. BRO Secretary Dr. Rajendra Kumar delivered talks on corporate governance, cybersecurity, personal data protection, artificial intelligence, and smart border management, detailing foundational pillars of AI policy, the New Corporate Trust Equation, and technology use in border infrastructure.
