SAMAVESH UTSAV to Celebrate Inclusion, Empowerment and Progress of DNT Communities

The Development and Welfare Board for De-notified, Nomadic and Semi-Nomadic Communities (DWBDNC), under the Department of Social Justice and Empowerment, is organizing "SAMAVESH UTSAV" to celebrate the inclusion, empowerment, and progress of De-notified, Nomadic, and Semi-Nomadic (DNT) communities. The event showcases success stories under the Scheme for Economic Empowerment of DNTs (SEED), traditional skills and craftsmanship of DNT artisans, and features stalls and the Bharat-TULIP Heritage Store. The DWBDNC was constituted on 21st February 2019, and the SEED scheme supports holistic welfare in education, health, livelihood, and housing across eight implementing states.
