Valediction Ceremony of ‘Uttarayan-2026’ Orientation Programme Held at NADT, Nagpur

The National Academy of Direct Taxes (NADT), Nagpur, organized the valediction ceremony for 'Uttarayan-2026', a seven-week orientation programme for 105 newly promoted Assistant Commissioners of Income Tax representing 20 States and two Union Territories. The programme utilized a competency-driven approach aligned with Mission Karmayogi and Viksit Bharat. It focused on enhancing professional competence, leadership, ethics, integrity, citizen-centric public service, and tax administration through classroom sessions, case studies, and simulations. The Chief Guest, Justice Anil S. Kilor, highlighted the significance of continuous learning, human judgment alongside technology, and objective legal interpretation.
