Union New and Renewable Energy Minister Pralhad Joshi Brings Bharat Renewable Energy Summit 2026 Roadshow to Mumbai, urges stakeholders for Clean Energy Investment Push

Union Minister for New and Renewable Energy Shri Pralhad Joshi led the Mumbai roadshow for the upcoming Bharat Renewable Energy Summit & Expo (BRESE) 2026, scheduled for November 2–5, 2026, at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi. The Summit will combine three global platforms: the BRE Summit & Expo, the 9th General Assembly of the International Solar Alliance, and the 4th International Conference on Green Hydrogen, drawing participants from over 75 countries. During the event, the Minister highlighted India's non-fossil-fuel capacity reaching over 300 GW, significant growths in solar and wind energy sectors, and the targets to achieve 500 GW of non-fossil capacity by 2030 requiring over ₹30 lakh crore in investments over the next five years. The Government of Maharashtra announced its participation as a partner state in BRESE 2026.
