PMFME Conclave 2026 Concludes with Recognition of Top-Performing States, Banks and Grassroots Functionaries

The Ministry of Food Processing Industries organised the PMFME Conclave 2026 at the India Habitat Centre, New Delhi, focusing on the implementation of the Pradhan Mantri Formalisation of Micro Food Processing Enterprises (PMFME) Scheme. The two-day event convened stakeholders including state representatives, financial institutions, technical bodies, and grassroots functionaries to share best practices, discuss capacity building, and evaluate technological support provided by institutions like NIFTEM-Kundli and NIFTEM-Thanjavur. The conclave concluded with an award ceremony recognising top-performing states, banks, State Rural Livelihoods Missions (SRLMs), State Urban Livelihoods Missions (SULMs), District Nodal Officers (DNOs), and District Resource Persons (DRPs).
