Prize Distribution Ceremony of Swachhata Pakhwada Awards 2026

The Ministry of Statistics & Programme Implementation (MoSPI) observed Swachhata Pakhwada 2026 from July 1 to July 15, 2026, featuring activities focused on sanitation, workplace hygiene, record management, environmental sustainability, and waste management. Offices and field formations across the country undertook plantation drives, awareness campaigns, workshops, shramdaan, and waste-to-wealth initiatives. The fortnight concluded with a Prize Distribution Ceremony chaired by the Secretary, MoSPI, who presented awards to the top performing offices: the Field Operations Division (First Prize), National Statistical Systems Training Academy (Second Prize), and Indian Statistical Institute (Third Prize).
