The 'Parishrama Adalat', a conciliation conclave for Micro and Small Enterprise (MSE) delayed-payment disputes, was organised in Hyderabad by the Commissionerate of Industries and Commerce, Government of Telangana, in association with the Ministry of MSME. The event successfully resolved 65 delayed-payment cases involving ₹8.29 crore using conciliation and Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) mechanisms. The initiative highlights how resolving delayed payments supports business continuity, improves cash flow, and strengthens commercial relationships. The event brought together MSEs, buyers, public sector enterprises, MSE Facilitation Councils, and ADR institutions, showcasing the transition from traditional portals to digital ODR platforms launched in 2025 under frameworks like the RAMP programme.
