Union Minister for Communications and DoNER, Sh. Jyotiraditya M. Scindia and Union MoS for Communications and Rural Development, Dr. Chandra Sekhar Pemmasani virtually inaugurated the newly renovated Kandivali West Post Office as a Future-Ready Service Hub along with 14 post offices across 8 postal circles under the 'Jan Sewa Connect' project. Developed in partnership with the School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi, the project aims to transform traditional post offices into customer-centric, digitally enabled service hubs. Additionally, the revamped Dak Sewa app—available in 23 Indian languages—and the Dak Mitra app for GDS staff were launched.
